: How do I start building?
: You have two ways to get going: the first is template driven and represents a very easy way of making your page; it doesn't require much knowledge and guides you through the creation of an entire page in a few very simple steps. This is called creating an "Easy Page."
The second method gives you much more flexibility in your page layout - you still don't require any technical knowledge but you get pixel perfect accuracy in the layout of your page and all of the elements it contains. We call this an "Advanced Page" and you can create one using the "Advanced Editor". You can also prepare your page on your own computer first as a Word Document and our system will convert and publish that document for you.

: What is an "Easy Page"?
: It's a step by step walk through for making a nice, yet simple web page.
By selecting the design and filling in the blanks you can have your page live and ready for others to see on the Internet within minutes. For greater control of your layout consider using the "Advanced Editor".

: What is the "Advanced Editor"?
: It's an Editor that gives you the power to implement the design and layout of your page easily, quickly and exactly as you'd like it to appear, but with the ease of use of a word processor. For a quick (but feature limited) hands-on try-out click here. The demonstration will open in a new window and requires that you are using Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher..

: How do I upload a Word Document?
: Using Word, create your own design and arrangement for the page.
When you've finshed, save your work on your desktop computer. Log in to your OnePageInternet account and  click on the button "Publish a Word Document."  Your Word document will be automatically converted into a web pages and published live onto the Internet in seconds.

: What is "My Library" and how do I use it?
: " My Library" is designed to let you easily store all the images and files that you use for your web page. You can also store private files in the library for retrieval from other computers or as a safe online storage alternative.
You can add or delete files in your library, remember, you have a set amount of space allocated to you - try not to go over that limit.
Library Stats are located near the bottom of the library page giving you all the information you need regarding your use of your personal online file store.

: Can I use my own clip art?
: Yes, as long as the license agreement for your clipart collection allows you to publish the images on the internet. If you are in doubt contact the manufacturer of the product before uploading. You may also transfer images from the OnePageInternet Clipart Library into your personal Library and use these within your web page instead. These images are royalty-free and are provided at no additional cost.

: Can I upload my own images and files?
: Yes. This is an important activity to master and we've made it as simple as possible. You may add images either into your Library or directly into a page that is being edited in the Advanced Editor. While editing a page, click "insert image" from the toolbar, then click "browse". You will be shown the contents of your desktop computer - locate the image on your computer and click Upload. The image will appear within your page when you confirm the action.

: Can I edit my "Easy Page" in the Advanced Editor?
: Yes. Once you have saved your "Easy Page", select "Edit your Advanced Page". Your page will automatically be transferred into the Advanced Editor.
For more information on how to use the Advanced Editor please refer to the help area once you have logged into the system.

: How do I edit an existing "Advanced Page"?
: Once logged in, click "Edit your Advanced Page".

: How long will it take me to build a page?

: Not long at all. You can have your page done in one sitting; it really depends on how much data your page is going to contain. If you decide to start with an "Easy Page" you can create your page within a few simple and short steps and be live within minutes of starting.
If you decide to start with an "Advanced Page" you'll find a lot more tools at your disposal - if you have used a Word Processor before you find that you'll already be familiar with most of the buttons anyway.

: What's the Web address of my new page? What's my email address?

: When you created your account you selected a Domain Name and a Member Name. Let's say that you chose "onepagestore.com" as the Domain Name and "qualitygoods" as your Member Name.

Your web page will therefore be at http://www.onepagestore.com/qualitygoods

Your email address will be qualitygoods@onepagestore.com

When you create your account you will receive all these details on the screen and they are also confirmed by an email to both your exisiting email address and your new OnePageInternet email address.

: I already have a site but I have to pay web site designers every time I want to change a page. Can I incorporate my OnePageInternet page into my exisiting site?

: The beauty of the OnePageInternet system is that you can make changes to your page whenever you like and as often you like at no additional cost. You can incorporate your OnePageInternet page into your exisitng site very simply. See the section below on on how to use redirection code to achieve this.

: I have a domain name that I want to point to my OnePageInternet Page. How can I do this?

: You can use the redirection code below. Put this code into the "index.html" page of your existing site. All visitors to your exisiting site or domain will now see your OnePageInternet Page and they'll also see your domain as the URL:

<html>
<head>
<title>
Put the title of your page here or leave blank
</title>
</head>
<frameset rows="100%,*" framespacing="0" border="0" frameborder="0">
  <noframes><body bgcolor="" text="">
    <p>This page uses frames, but yourbrowser doesn'tsupport them.</p>< BR>     </body></noframes>< BR>   <frame name="main" src="http://www.memberdomain.com/membername" scrolling="auto">
</frameset>
</html>

Fill in the red sections with your own information. Your "memberdomain" is the domain that you chose when you first created your OnePageInternet account.

: Will my page really reflect the style and personality of my business?

: There are currently over 30 different templates and four choices of layout for each giving you over 120 possible page combinations. After you have created your "Easy Page" you can  use "Advanced Editor" to remove or add elements within your page. Or you can create a new page from scratch using the "Advanced Editor" to get exactly the page you're looking for.

: Can I access my email using Outlook Express?

: Yes you can. You will need to give Outlook Express the following details:

Incoming Mail Server (POP3): mail.onepageinternet.com

User Name: Your full username in email format (for example, member@memberdomain.com)

Password: The password you specified when you created you account.

NOTE! You cannot use both Outlook Express and the Web Mail facility at the same time, but you can switch between them whenever you like.

: How can I get help?

: There are two areas to look for answers. This "Frequently Asked Questions" ("FAQ") section which you are reading right now and the online help section (available to Members only). If your answer is not addressed in either of these then send an email to helpdesk@onepageinternet.com. Make sure the email you send includes your account name and domain, or your full OnePageInternet email address .

: What are the minimum system requirements?

: To create a page in OnePageInternet you must be using Internet Explorer version 5.5 or above and for best results have at least a 56k connection. Once you have created a page visitors may view it using any 4.0 or above browser.
